Denise Nunez, MD, MPH

Dr. Denise M. Nunez is a preventive medicine physician from New York, NY, currently practicing at UCLA. Her work with the neurodiverse population stems from her fellowship training as a Leadership in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) program graduate. During her training, she explored the challenges pregnant persons with autism spectrum development experience during pre- and post-natal periods. She continued her work at UCLA's LEND clinic, where she advocates for the best outcomes for all patients and explores ways to improve patient care. In her free time, she enjoys Latin dance, international cuisine, and ocean swimming.
