Afumni Saito

Dr. Saito completed her doctoral degree in clinical psychology at California Baptist University, graduating in August 2023. Her predoctoral internship appointment was at LA Gateways Hospital and Mental Health Center, where she delivered a number of adolescent and adult inpatient services including initial psychiatric evaluations, psychodiagnostic testing, and both individual and group therapy that integrated cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavior therapies. She is excited to complete her clinical psychology doctoral training here at UCLA. Throughout her fellowship year, Dr. Saito will be providing care for patients within the UC-LEND program and at partner sites Clare|Matrix and Allcove Beach Cities.
